Dan Goodwin

Bio

He spent the next three years with PriceWaterhouse working on various auditing and consulting engagements. Clients ranged in size from a small 3-person royalty company to Exxon’s worldwide financial consolidation, and included a 9-month engagement in Saudi Arabia working on a management consulting project with the national oil company. In 1992 Goodwin joined Sage US, one of his PriceWaterhouse clients, as controller, and became Chief Financial Officer the following year. During his nearly seven years with Sage, Goodwin was involved with the financial and legal aspects of U.S. based acquisitions, as well as overseeing the operations of the customer support, MIS and administrative departments. Dan Goodwin received a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Political Science from SMU in 1989
