Bio

Specialises in innovation and knowledge transfer projects supporting SMEs, particularly involving universities and other specialist knowledge centres. Has been the Project Manager of a number of ANGLE’s successful innovation support initiatives across the UK and is currently Project Director for the Knowledge Connect Programme in London. Has also been responsible for developing a range of regional strategies for knowledge transfer, business incubation and innovation support across the UK and internationally. Spent much of his early career as a practicing design engineer in telecommunications, instrumentation and information technology sectors. With considerable experience in the management and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects, has particular experience in developing and growing business relationships around new technology developments. Chartered Engineer and holds MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Nottingham.
