Rubin Chheda

Bio

Prior to joining Reliance Private Equity, he worked for more than 2 years with consulting firms Ernst & Young and PricewaterHouse Coopers, in New York, in their Transaction Advisory practice. He was primarily involved in valuation of companies for the purpose of merger and acquisition, financial reporting and financial & tax restructuring. Some of the clients he worked with include GE, Time Warner, Vodafone, Office Depot, AIG, Metlife, and Novo Nordisk among others. Prior to that, he worked for two and half years with GE Capital, in Chicago, as a credit underwriter in their Corporate Lending group. Rubin holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Poddar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University and has a MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (certified in Illinois, USA) and a CFA charterholder (CFA institute, USA).
